RASHIDA MACMURRAY-ABDULLAH

With over two decades of client-service experience at the intersection of business, risk and technology, Rashida MacMurray is a solutions-oriented executive, social impact champion, and innovator. She excels in managing disruption especially workstreams related to governance, workforce integration and people management. Known for her ability to build trust, she is an agile communicator with a talent for leading through change and ambiguity while engaging key stakeholders to empower diverse teams in creating a business impact to drive financial results. 

As engineer, attorney, and management consultant, Rashida has counseled clients in solving their toughest business problems leveraging technology and other digital tools. Throughout her career, Rashida's practice  focused on positioning her clients for success whether it is building high-performing teams, responding to government inquiries, conducting corporate investigations or implementing a tailored solution for monetizing the organization's intellectually property.  

Rashida is also an outspoken advocate for inclusion in the workplace. She is the first Chief Inclusion & Engagement Officer of an Am Law 200 law firm located in Washington, DC. Prior to this role, Rashida held served in multiple leadership roles focused on facilitating a culture of belonging and implementing policies  and programs designed to promote professionals from underserved communities in all aspects of the core business operations as well as across the enterprise. She has a proven track record of recruiting, developing, and promoting high-performing talent to foster a work environment where all leaders can thrive. Rashida is a people connector and enjoys bring people together whether it is building relationships with her colleagues or advising clients in best practices to foster innovation and collaboration.
