As engineer, attorney, and management consultant, Rashida has counseled clients in solving their toughest business problems leveraging technology and other digital tools. Throughout her career, Rashida's practice focused on positioning her clients for success whether it is building high-performing teams, responding to government inquiries, conducting corporate investigations or implementing a tailored solution for monetizing the organization's intellectually property.
Rashida is also an outspoken advocate for inclusion in the workplace. She is the first Chief Inclusion & Engagement Officer of an Am Law 200 law firm located in Washington, DC.
