As engineer, legal counsel, and management consultant, Rashida has counseled clients in solving their toughest business problems leveraging technology and other digital tools. Throughout her career, Rashida's practice focused on positioning her clients for success whether it is building high-performing teams, responding to government inquiries to conducting corporate investigations to implementing a tailored solution for monetizing the organization's intellectually property.
Rashida is also an outspoken advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. She is the first Chief Diversity Officer of an Am Law 200 law firm located in Washington, DC. Prior to this role, Rashida has served in multiple leadership roles focused on facilitating a culture of belonging and implementing policies and programs designed to promote professionals from underrepresented groups in all aspects of the core business operations as well as across the enterprise. She has a proven track record of recruiting, developing, and promoting high-performing talent to foster a work environment where all leaders can thrive.
